Jagr Claims He Fully Paid Online Gambling Debt - 2003-03-13
Jaromir Jagr recognized Wednesday that he made an oversight when he lost $500,000 gambling through an Internet gambling site, but he claimed he compensated the debt four years ago and did nothing criminally wrong.

Jagr owed the money to William Caesar, chief of the gambling Web site CaribSports, based in Belize.

Indebted gambler sentenced to probation - 2003-03-13
A Las Vegas man who did not return millions of dollars in markers to Strip casinos was sentenced Tuesday in District Court.

The conditions of Ben's probation ban any sort of gambling. Mosley also advised Ben to participate in Gambler's Anonymous, a support group for gambling addicts.
