Brown, pastor of Victory Church, will immediately say that a church promotion, "The Game of Life," is not gambling, that there is no built-in risk.
The church is taking the role of antagonist with regards to gambling, but will offer people a chance to win $10,000 if they can produce four baskets in a row in 25 seconds within 9:25 a.m. and 10:55 a.m. services on Sunday and also on March 23 and 30.
