Nevada regulators suggest casino employee registration - 2003-03-17
Nevada controllers on Monday looked into omitting county-issued work cards in favor of statewide registration for casino workers, a sweeping change that would rely heavily on casinos policing their workers.

Employees in gambling-associated positions would register through their jobs once every five years, and the state Gaming Control Board would issue police verifications through federal and state law enforcement.

Tribes presented deal to advocate Butte proposal - 2003-03-17
Developers proposing a wide-open gambling zone in Butte have presented representatives of five of the state’s seven Indian reservations an agreement to control a casino there jointly in exchange for forfeiting their rights to add more gambling to their reservations.
