Regulators examine trading work cards for casino registration - 2003-03-19
Nevada supervisors on Monday deliberated removing county-issued work cards as opposed to statewide registration for casino employees -- a sweeping reversal that would trust casinos to police their employees.

That program was produced to save dealers, change-makers and other casino workers time and money, by excluding the need for multiple cards if they change jobs.
