NCAA tournament office pools: threat to workplace productivity or employee morale motivator?
Some institutions, such as the U.S. Postal Service, prohibit the office contests and any other form of gambling on the property.
Laws about such gambling vary from state to state, but generally authorities have taken no interest in such pools unless they receive complaints about them and if the coordinators are pocketing part of the entry fees.
