Bivins supports '02 expenditures - 2003-03-23
State Sen. Teel Bivins states his spending of $115,582 in political contributions in the last half of 2002, such as over $1,700 for gifts, flowers and meals for his staff, fell during state guidelines.
He stated his acceptance of $5,000 from the Tigua Indian Reservation Fund of El Paso and $2,000 from the Alabama Coushatta Tribe of Livingston did not repeal his opposition to casino gambling.
