Government settles gambling expansion suit - 2003-03-25
The government is in accord to a settlement with a gaming company about installing video lottery terminals within the U.S. Virgin Islands, but both sides declined publicizing details, the attorney general explained Sunday.

There are no regulations to guide gambling on other islands in the territory, which include St. Thomas and St. John.

Former Sask. gambling boss won't face charges - 2003-03-25
A big-spending former boss of aboriginal gaming in Saskatchewan will not be confronted with criminal charges regarding a financial scandal that shook the province close to three years ago.

The RCMP's commercial crime division was called in for a probe in the gaming authority of the fall of 2000... the director of gambling in the province.
