Lengthy lawsuit over Energizer Bunny resolved - 2003-03-25
Energizer Holdings Inc. settled a lawsuit that accused trademark and copyright infringement against two Arizona organizations that Energizer stated illegally used their Energizer Bunny icon.

The resolved suit accuses that a team between Turf Paradise and American Greyhound Racing used a likeness of the trademarked Energizer Bunny in a political mailer delivered to Arizona voters in opposition of Proposition 202, a gambling expansion ballot initiative that passed on Nov. 5.
