House panel gives racetrack casino go-ahead - 2003-03-25
By a sole vote, a Minnesota House committee on Monday authorized a bill to create a state-operated casino at the Canterbury Park racetrack in Shakopee.

Lipman remarked Monday that he still feels gambling is a "blight" on society.
