Billhimer leaves Grand for Hard Rock - 2003-06-10
Joe Billhimer is stepping down as general manager of Grand Casino Gulfport to head up a group that intends to build a Hard Rock Casino and Hotel in Biloxi.

Billhimer will serve as president and chief executive officer of Premier Entertainment, a joint venture that includes Roy Anderson III, a Gulfport construction executive.
