Attorney general asked to analyze casino question - 2003-09-13 Public Safety Commissioner Michael Cantara made a request to the state Attorney General's Office for a legal analysis of parts of the November referendum question that would allow the Penobscot Nation and Passamaquoddy Tribe to operate a casino.
