Tighter slot machines kick-start casinos annual win 2.4% - 2004-01-10
Early snowfalls negated the benefits of Lady Luck and a simple comparison to the previous year, leaving the casino industry with tepid earnings increase in December.

The dozen casinos won $320.4 million from gamblers last month, up 2.8 percent over the same month a year before, the Casino Control Commission disclosed Friday.
