Senecas give state its portion of slot earnings - 2004-01-11
The Seneca Nation of Indians paid New York State $38 million in slot machine earnings Friday, disregarding severe internal opposition.

The money was delivered in a wire transfer to Albany, and a majority of the members of the Tribal Council who me Saturday on the Allegany Indian Reservation renewed their commitment to abide by the casino deal with the state.
