Century Casinos Disclose End of 50% Purchase of Casino Millennium - 2004-01-12
Century Casinos, Inc. disclosed today that, as of January 3rd, 2004, through its wholly owned Austrian subsidiary, Century Management und Beteiligungs GmbH, it has acquired an extra 40% of Casino Millennium a.s., the company controling the casino in the Marriott Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic.

This transaction is the final step to fulfill a deal to buy 50% of Casino Millennium.
