It can be called the casino boat cruise from hell: bad food, bitter cold temperatures, no TV - and winning bets being paid off with checks rather than cash.

Scores of gamblers yesterday complained that a scheduled four-hour jaunt Saturday night on the Lady Luck casino boat out of Manhattan altered into seven hours of frustration as the ship had no more cash to pay winners.
