Sides prepared to contest casino lawsuit - 2004-01-14
The lawsuit to stop the Three Rivers Casino, scheduled for groundbreaking in the spring, is on a fast track, attorneys insisted Tuesday, with oral arguments to be heard in the case on Jan. 23.

This week, the state filed a motion to overturn a lawsuit filed by People Against a Casino Town, disputing that the group should have taken a different approach.

Mosley maintains the WBC and WBA titles, and the two will face each other live on HBO at Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
