Gaming on or off - 2004-01-14
Several meetings this past week in Franklin County were created as "informational," about gaming in the state.
Franklin County citizens are expected to go to the polls on Jan. 27, to vote to determine if a gaming casino riverboat should be given the right to locate in the county. Plans are to build a riverboat casino in a small body of water on Hwy. 3, just east of the intersection with Interstate Hwy. 35.
