Coucils Ready To Cash In On Casino Growth - 2004-01-16
The Government's easing of gambling limitations means roulette and card tables will soon join bingo, sports betting and rows of slot machines.

The regulation that needs gamblers to apply for casino membership 24 hours before playing will be removed, and it is thought that the 3% of the adult population that visits casinos will rise sharply.

Aberdeen Beach May Start Looking Like Vegas - 2004-01-16
Aberdeen beach could soon possess three casinos within yards of each other after it was revealed yesterday that another business wants to establish a seafront gambling centre.

It has received support from local businesses, although fears have been rampant regarding the impact of growing opportunities for gambling, with long ranks of Las Vegas-style slot machines likely to rule the casino.
