Transaction: Casino pays $32.8 million for slots - 2004-01-16
Connecticut's two casinos sent over $30 million to the state from their December slot machine revenues, bringing the total to over $200 million dollars in the past six months.

Mohegan Sun offered $16.5 million from slot revenues of $66 million, while Foxwoods Resort Casino gave $13.7 million from slot profits of $54.6 million.

Station Casinos to pay $400 million in notes - 2004-01-16
Station Casinos Inc. (STN) disclosed on Thursday it had agreed to pay $400 million in senior notes to pay-off an outstanding debt.

The Las Vegas-based casino operator stated that it would use proceeds from the new notes, due in 2014 and bearing a 6.5 percent interest rate, to retire $199.9 million in notes due in 2008 and to lower its ongoing credit facility.
