The words hesitantly dropped from Norb Fisher's mouth as he spoke about where to situate Lafayette's Riverfront Development District's eastern boundary. But they came easier as he moved along.
In easier terms, the last riverboat casino license in Indiana went to Orange County, where a new floating casino will launch, possibly as soon as this summer. It will float on a manmade waterway between French Lick and West Baden Springs. But not until Orange County officials choose a company to run it.
