Downtown Las Vegas Casino Sale to Harrah's Is Progressing - 2004-01-19
Becky Binion Behnen and Harrah's Entertainment Friday were "making substantial progress" cooperating on a final agreement to sell the historic downtown hotel-casino, a lawyer for Behnen reported Friday.
Harrah's spokesman Gary Thompson affirmed that at least one company executive who has been associated in the discussions spent part of Friday at the Horseshoe.
