Tracks force casino gambling - 2004-01-02
Betting that policymakers are willing to let the constituents of the commonwealth decide the issue, the Kentucky horse racing industry is planning a constitutional amendment for the 2004 General Assembly to consider that would allow casino gambling at racetracks.
