The officer located a man and a woman in front of Rail City Casino that affirmed the witness' description of the occupants of the room.

Three of the several bidders for the state’s last casino license are hoping to dock in this suburb just outside the city as well as next to O’Hare International Airport, where the village also has already started developing a parking garage.

Isle of Capri Casinos Inc., Caesars Entertainment and Penn National Gaming have lined up to purchase the Emerald Casino, which gave up its license amid accusations of false statements in the application while trying to relocate from East Dubuque, IL to Rosemont.
