Gambling chairman discussess worries - 2004-01-25
As Mississippi's new policymakers and administrative leadership settles in, Gaming Commission Chairman Leonard Blackwell II has sent many of them a long letter outlining his top concerns about regulating the $3 billion-a-year gambling industry.

Blackwell states that the letter symbolizes his personal beliefs and not necessarily those of the Mississippi Gaming Commission, which regulates state casinos and bingo parlors.

North Korea Gambling Web Site Stopped - 2004-01-25
The Seoul government has prohibited access to a North Korean Internet gambling site since last Wednesday, which was obtaining popularity among South Koreans for its open bulletin board.

Gambling is prohibited for South Koreans, with the exception of solely the Kangwonland casino in the Kangwon Province.
