Gambling fate decided by Franklin voters - 2004-01-26
Franklin County voters will figure out Tuesday whether they would like a riverboat casino in the county.

First, constituents must authorize Tuesday’s election, the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission must raise its moratorium on new casinos — and Franklin County must be chosen ahead of four other counties also vying for a casino.
