If DeJope Bingo Hall is developed into a casino, the city of Madison's annual portion of Ho-Chunk revenue will likely be barely enough to cover added police and fire costs, according to a city report disclosed Tuesday.
Rather, it's probable that the city will have to use the money - about $3.5 million a year - to handle extra public safety fees attributed to a casino, said Cieslewicz, who is contesting the casino.
