Casino employees suspected of skimming off slots - 2004-01-09
Six people were arrested and six more warrants were issued in a case where casino workers were alleged to have skimmed at least $50,000 in a year-long slot machine scam.

The staff members are suspected of participating in a scheme in which they used their supervisors' access codes to steal between $800 and $1,100 from the slots at Casino Rouge at a time, their arrest warrants report.

Kenosha developer Dennis Troha's company would construct for the tribe a casino and "entertainment destination center" that could cost over $400 million.
