SC asked to repeal Internet gaming decision - 2004-02-15
THE Sports and Games Entertainment Corp. (SAGE) has requested the Supreme Court to reverse its January 14 ruling declaring null and void the authority given to it by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.

He explained that the grant of authority and deal to run sports betting and Internet gaming as opposed to SAGE was nothing more than a government contract featuring the operation and maintenance of sports betting stations in Pagcor’s casino locations and Internet gaming venues to service resident and bettors outside the vicinity.

Carnival will smother ship's no-smoking regulation - 2004-02-15
