Wisconsin Voters to Rule on Ho-Chunk Bid - 2004-02-17
Following an emotional and major money campaign that has divided residents, voters go to the polls Tuesday to choose whether they would like a Ho-Chunk bingo hall turned into a high-stakes casino providing craps and blackjack.

Before it's over, $1.3 million is intended to be spent by local casino enthusiasts - financed by the Ho-Chunk Nation - hitting a historical record of spending on a political campaign in Dane County.
