Strip hotel profits increase - 2004-02-17
Hotel operations, witnessing a comeback of leisure tourists and limited development, set a record in January and are on the road to meet new marks in the coming successful months, operators and analysts remarked Monday.

Revenues from hotel rooms, food and beverages at the top nine hotel-casinos in Las Vegas rose nearly 10 percent in comparison to an increase of only 2.4 percent in total hotel-casino operation profits in 2003, data released Monday by Applied Analysis show.
