Iowans Preparing To Permit Table Games Like Poker - 2004-02-17
Iowans have a message for legislators contemplating a major gambling extension: The state doesn't require more casinos.
A new Des Moines Register Iowa Poll indicates a 60 percent majority of the state's adults are contined to be opposed to raising the total of casinos beyond the 13 gambling site that are currently licensed by the state.

However, Iowans are getting set for the potential inclusion of table games like blackjack, craps and poker at racetrack casinos.

‘Bachelor’ Bob takes a gamble at Taj - 2004-02-17
Bachelor Bob is taking a chance... again.
Love, this time around may not be in the air, but maybe it'll be in the cards.
Bob Guiney, last fall's star of the ABC romance series "The Bachelor," comes to Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort Saturday to play blackjack and have dinner with five fans of WIXM-FM 97.3.

Guiney was first brought in to America as one of the men competing for Trista Rehn's attention in "The Bachelorette."
