Construction should be done this weekend, then Fiddler's Green Sports Bar & Grill just needs the sign off on a few permits to open, maybe as early as next week.

Proprietor Kevin MacIntyre commenced construction the summer prior at 5104 Southgate Drive between the Hampton Inn Billings and the Extended Stay America hotel.
"We're just going to be a nice little sports bar and grill and have a little casino attached," he explained.

Attorneys from Boomtown Casino Biloxi and the casino's landlord will have to show evidence to the Commission on Marine Resources why the casino should be given the right to relocate 300 yards to the west and what alternatives exist for the Back Bay resort.

CMR voted Tuesday to ask for the additional data, which will be presented at its March 16 assembly. The motion was in response to a decision last month from Chancery Court Judge Margaret Alfonso, who required the commission to provide additional information on why it issued a license for Boomtown's move.
