Suit filed regarding bridge mishap - 2004-02-18
Relatives of a San Marcos man who died after his truck fell 140 feet from the San Diego-Coronado Bridge are suing the charter bus company they say is liable for the accident.

The lawsuit contends that bus driver Jorge Alberto Ramirez made an illegal and unsafe lane change, in turn making the tour bus hit the pickup truck driven by 49-year-old Orlando Casinio, which then dived off the bridge, according to The San Diego Union-Tribune.
