A man who deems himself the world's most prolific streaker was taken into custody on criminal trespassing charges Sunday night after running onto the Reliant Stadium field during Super Bowl XXXVIII, clad only in an athletic supporter, before the second-half kickoff.

Casino spokesman Fred Sebag stated that this is at least the sixth time Palmer has streaked an event to publicize the company. He refused to say how much Palmer was paid for the stunt, adding, "I think he does it mostly for kicks."

Litchfield County May Be Singing New Tune With New Casino - 2004-02-02
Well, well, well. The Schaghticokes have been given recognition (“Schaghticokes receive federal recognition,” Jan. 30). Wait on the sidelines for some real hypocrisy. Now staid, wealthy Litchfield County may be the next region to have a casino.

Let's see how many wealthy liberal locals up there start changing their tune. It was OK to have casinos in southeastern Connecticut, far away from them, and how dare the residents of Ledyard, North Stonington and Preston try to leave the poor Pequots and Mohegans in poverty, by not permitting them to launch casinos.
