Shuffle Master keeps thriving - 2004-02-26
Two acquisitions by Shuffle Master Inc. -- one that closed Tuesday and another intended to be finalized within three months -- will broaden the Las Vegas company both geographically and in product line.
The company, which is declaring its first-quarter earnings today, stated Wednesday that it had signed a letter of intent to buy Casinos Austria Research and Development (CARD), a branch of Casinos Austria of Vienna.
