Project develops, but casinos a long way off - 2004-02-28
There's been so much deliberation about bringing casinos to Kentucky that it's difficult to get too worked up about the subject any more.
Between the barge-loads of dollars flowing into the Indiana casino boats and Kentucky government's severe need for revenue, it appears that casinos will eventually come to the commonwealth. But most local residents, we assume, figure they'll believe it when they see it.
