Be aware of stocks selling at high profit multiples - 2004-02-28
Many of my clients have approved me to sell short - that is, bet against selected stocks - with up to 10 percent of their money.
When I look for stocks to sell short, one circumstance that interests me is a stock selling for 100 times profit, a ratio I consider ludicrous.

Hannity gives two shows in Reno - 2004-02-28
One performance wasn’t sufficient.
Conservative media personality and author Sean Hannity, with nearly 2,000 cheering fans on hand Friday to listen to him “pick a fight” with liberals, made two appearances in the jammed second-floor showroom of Reno’s Golden Phoenix Hotel Casino & Resort.

Casino executives stated fire regulations provoked them to stop admitting individuals to the 1,000-seat showroom with hundreds of people waiting outside in a line that extended the length of the second floor.
