If someone’s birthday lands on “leap day,” does that mean the person ages solely one-fourth as quickly as the rest of us?
Prescott Valley local Lisa Mancuso seems to think so. That way, she’s only 13 years old rather than 52.
She used to play leapfrog on her birthday, but her doctor won’t let her do it anymore thanks to her arthritis.
So this year, she expects to go to Laughlin to play the machines and a little blackjack.
