Am I the sole person who has noticed what has taken place in California's economy in the past decade (since the casinos were signed into being by Gray Davis)? Granted, casinos are not the sole thing that have impacted us.
On average, 6 percent of gamblers become problem gamblers (those who will do something desperate: Embezzle, steal, sell drugs) When you place a casino in the area that number doubles.
Casinos need a lot more in the way of policing, fire protection, and roads.
