Also, two executives associated with the Lincoln Park dog track and gambling hall have been charged with conspiring to pay a bribe an estimated $4.5 million to the House speaker’s law firm in 2000 and 2001 for assistance in gaining authorization for more video slot machines and stopping a proposed casino.
