On Wednesday, Nevada's Gaming Control Board overwhelmingly recommended Donald Trump be given a Nevada gaming license.
Mr. Trump -- who owns three major casino hotels in Atlantic City and also runs a riverboat in Indiana and an Indian casino close to Palm Springs -- has long been suspected to have an interest in coming to Nevada. He and his companies passed the threshold requiring investigation and licensure by state regulators when he bought 358,000 shares of Riviera parent Riviera Holdings Corp. a year ago.
