Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun Look For New Ad Concepts - 2004-02-08
Now that tons of clients have experienced “The Wonder of It All” at Foxwoods Resort Casino, and masses have adopted Mohegan Sun's invitation to “Come Play,” both of Connecticut's casino operators are seeking advertising agencies to catapult their brand images to another level.

The two casinos are examining ad agencies and intend to name the winning bidders by spring. Foxwoods is seeking to replace Trahan, Burden & Charles, the Baltimore firm that now manages the creative portion of the casino's advertising program.

County's 2 casinos sluggish in terms of growth - 2004-02-08
Confronted with the competition from far bigger operations to the south, executives at Whatcom County's two tribal casinos state that they are making strong efforts to maintain existing customers happy as they contemplate expansion plans.

On the Lummi Indian Reservation, the Silver Reef Casino is in the middle of an expansion to be complete in April, tribal spokesman Aaron Thomas reported.
