Kersaf hotel, casino venture looks to the rest of Sun International's shares - 2004-03-11
Kersaf Investments, the hotel and casino operator, may purchase the shares it does not own in Sun International South Africa, Kersaf reported yesterday. Sun International shares rose the most in seven months. Kersaf did not provide details of the planned offer in a Sens statement.

The Johannesburg-based business currently possesses 62.4 percent of Sun International, which has a market value of R3.9 billion.
