8 alleged to have participated in casino scheme - 2004-03-12
Four casino employees and four others were charged Friday with taking up to $75,000 from Trump Casino in Gary by influencing the riverboat's "bring a friend" promotion over a two-year period.
Police report the four employees in the casino's customer service department falsely stated that their friends and relatives referred new players club members to the casino so they could divide profits from the promotion.

Singapore is expecting to establish an offshore luxury residential resort which may include a casino to lure high-rollers and rich property buyers, a minister stated.
