Joint Venture Polishes Seminole Hard Rock for Gala Debut - 2004-03-12
The joint venture team of Perini Building Company, Inc. and Suitt Construction spent the past few weeks polishing up the $100 million Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa (Florida) in preparation for its gala debut yesterday.
In a period of merely twenty months, the Perini/Suitt joint venture constructed a 12-story, 250-room hotel tower and a new 90,000-square-foot casino throughout a 210,000-square-foot low-rise building.

Attorney given green light for Tabish - 2004-03-12
A local defense attorney who represented Rick Tabish's partner on charges of trying to embezzle casino executive Ted Binion's silver fortune will now represent Tabish in his murder retrial.

In a hearing this morning, District Judge Joseph Bonaventure permitted prominent local defense attorney Tony Sgro to join Tabish's roster of high-profile attorneys.
