Rate is "underweight" at casino - 2004-03-12
Analysts at JP Morgan made another emphasis over their "underweight" rating on Casino (CASP.PA). The target rate is set to €69.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company reported a drop in its supermarket margins in 2H03, despite the transfer of underperforming stores to the convenience format. Casino expects to broaden its margins in France with the assistance of mix strategies, the analysts claim.

Tribe places casino plans up for analysis - 2004-03-12
A landless Native American tribe seeking to construct a casino-resort just west of Rohnert Park put its plans up for intense examination this week, voluntarily submitting to a national review of the project's environmental impacts.

The tribe's proposal, and the marketing project by their Las Vegas financial partners, Station Casinos Inc., will be examined for environmental impacts by the National Indian Gaming Commission and the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs.
