SkyCity supports closer trans-Tasman links - 2004-03-02
SkyCity Entertainment Group's incoming chairman Rod McGeoch today declared he was in favour of closer economic co-operation between Australia and New Zealand.
Mr McGeoch was keynote speaker to the Trans-Tasman Business Circle lunch in Sydney, just hours after Prime Minister John Howard revealed that Australia was keen to develop a single economic market with New Zealand.

SkyCity purchased the Adelaide casino in 2000 and is now acquiring the MGM Grand in Darwin.

Numbers Show CBS Rules With Viewers in February Sweep - 2004-03-02
As the February sweep lumbers to an end Wednesday, the only true suspense in the Nielsen numbers game this time around is the race between Fox and CBS for second place after NBC in the coveted adults 18-49 demographic.

Berman also emphasized Fox's commitment to a year-round planning philosophy, a note sounded by NBC's Zucker as well. Berman revealed June 8 as the premiere date for "The Casino," a Las Vegas-based reality entry from "Survivor" and "Apprentice" genius Mark Burnett.
