Police Report: Putting the 'cap' on gambler at casino - 2004-03-02
Two convicted sex offenders, one who assaulted teenage girls and one who molested children, are being freed from prison to live homeless in Clark County.

Casino crime: A 22-year-old man was ticketed in Chips Casino in La Center on Sunday night following an incident in which he allegedly was recorded "capping", which means adding betting chips to his wager when the dealer wasn't watching after being dealt good cards.
