Former Casino Aztar staff member suing - 2004-03-02
An ex-Casino Aztar overseer has sued the gaming company, claiming sexual discrimination.
Suzanne F. Jerger of Newburgh claimed in the lawsuit that management fought back against her after she protested about being forced to hire large-breasted women as cocktail waitresses.
Casino Aztar's attorney, Patrick Shoulders, stated Tuesday that Jerger's allegations had already been made in a complaint filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
