Gaming World Commemorates Charismatic Publisher - 2004-03-02
The gambling world is grieving the loss of one of its more colourful characters this week, following the news that publisher and innovator, Chuck Di Rocco has died after a lengthy illness. He was sixty-nine.

He was also a veteran in the world of telecasting services as proprietor of Winco in the 1980s, selling video rights to casino race books.

Former Casino Aztar staff member suing - 2004-03-02
An ex-Casino Aztar overseer has sued the gaming company, claiming sexual discrimination.
Suzanne F. Jerger of Newburgh claimed in the lawsuit that management fought back against her after she protested about being forced to hire large-breasted women as cocktail waitresses.

Casino Aztar's attorney, Patrick Shoulders, stated Tuesday that Jerger's allegations had already been made in a complaint filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
