Finalists for Final License Make Casino Proposals to Illinois - 2004-03-02
A business venture that is a finalist to launch a casino in Rosemont has agreed in principle to lease the property it requires from the village and to let the village help determine how to allocate millions of dollars in economic development and tourism funds each year, officials claimed Monday.

A company official refused to state how much the lease would cost because the settlement is under negotiation. The casino would supervise business and operating choices.
